Midwest Facility Masters Conference

Eevery late October, the Midwest Facility Masters Conference brings together facilities directors, school operations managers, and school business professionals from a multi-state region to gain a new perspective on technology, processes, and best practices for school facilities.  Join about 400 leaders from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, and Missouri in our exhibit hall with over 130 exhibitors. Held each year around March, facility leaders can join their colleagues from across Wisconsin to learn about trends and innovations in school operations designed specifically for school facility, operations, maintenance, and school business professionals. This two-day educational conference features 23 breakout sessions and an energizing keynote. This conference is also where WASBO recognizes Wisconsin's Custodian & Maintenance Professionals of the Year and features a pipe-and-drape exhibit hall where service affiliates can showcase their products and services. WASBO's Annual Spring Conference

WASBO's Spring Conference is held each year in May. It is WASBO's largest exhibitor event of the year, bringing together more than 130 vendors from many different aspects of school operations. This pipe-and-drape exhibit hall features 8' x 10' exhibitor spaces and dedicated Exhibit Hall time for attendees to interact with solution providers. In addition to exhibiting, there are numerous networking opportunities, including WASBO's Scholarship Golf Outing, and sponsorship opportunities available to promote further contact with District Professionals. Custodial & Maintenance Conferences

Exhibit with WASBO all summer at multiple regional conferences!

WASBO's Custodial & Maintenance Conferences are typically offered two to four times each summer.  The locations for each conference are held at different schools, and are moved to different regions of the state over the course of several years to allow for greater school district participation. While each conference is unique and programmed by the district staff hosting the event in concert with WASBO's Facilities Committee, the emphasis is on practical, hands-on knowledge that custodial and maintenance personnel can implement in their respective districts. Typically, both indoor and outdoor exhibit spaces are available to allow for the display and demonstration of larger equipment. The number of vendors varies by site due to space constraints and typically ranges from 20 to 30 organizations. In addition to exhibiting, there are several sponsorship opportunities available. Each Custodial & Maintenance Conference draws custodial and maintenance personnel from the region; conference attendance can range from 125 to 300 or more, depending on location.
