Mission
To serve as a unique resource to the membership, individuals and organizations. To provide dynamic professional growth opportunities. To provide opportunities for the informal and free enchange of ideas. To work cooperatively with other professional organizations. To plan and conduct a quality conference that offers "hands on" professional development activities.

Goals

• Design and create a web-access database in cooperation with the Technology Committee to allow members access to "Best Practices" information through membership encouragement, submit articles for WASB and other publications.
• Provide a Spring Conference session on how to provide information to the community.
• The Committee would like to focus on PI-34/mentoring and development of leaders. They are also considering renaming the committee. Professional Leadership Development was suggested as a possibility.
