Leveraging Technology Coaching Program
The Leveraging Technology District Coaching Program is a school-year extension of the Leveraging Technology for Educational Excellence Academy, designed for Wisconsin school and district leaders currently participating in or previously completing the Academy.
Meeting every 60 days during the school year virtually with a coach and your team, this program helps teams deepen their AI implementation systemically and systematically. Through guided reflection, strategic problem-solving, peer collaboration, and leadership development, districts refine their AI integration plans and address real-time challenges to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.
With focused action steps between sessions, the coaching program ensures sustained momentum, measurable progress, and responsible advancement of each district’s AI vision. Coaching is done virtually.
The cost is $1,000 per district, which includes up to five meetings for as many as eight team members.
