WASBO Golf Scholarship Fundraiser

The Scholarship Golf Outing will be held rain or shine, on Wednesday, October 7. Hit the greens at Autumn Ridge Golf Course, in Valders, WI. Registration check-in is available from 9:30-11 AM, and opportunities to hit on the practice range are available during this time as well. The event kicks off with a shot gun start at 11 AM sharp, and foursomes will play a best ball scramble. WASBO Service Affiliate Members sponsor hole events to make this a fun networking opportunity for everyone while we benefit graduating high school seniors to raise money for student scholarships. When registering for golf, please indicate any potential partners you would like to be paired with (teams will consist of both school district professionals and service affiliate vendors). A minimum of 2 service affiliate vendors will be on every team. Every effort will be made to honor your preferences.

Registration is $115 and includes 18 holes of golf, mulligan/putting contest, cart, lunch, beverages, networking and golf prizes. Following golf, join us for the Fall Conference Welcome Reception which will be held at The Osthoff Resort from 5-7 PM with light appetizers and beverages. Golf prizes will be awarded at the reception.

Service Affiliates can also sponsor a golf hole for the price is $400 for members, or $550 for non-members! Sign up on this registration page. In addition to increased visibility during the Fall Fundraisers and Conference, you can also volunteer and run a game at your golf hole or golf with district professionals! If sponsors decide to sponsor a golf hole and golf, they will still have to pay the $115 to golf in addition to sponsor fees. Even if you can't attend the fundraiser or conference in person, sponsoring a golf hole is still a great way to ensure you have increased visibility during the fundraiser and conference. Please note that to maximize funding for student scholarships, renting a golf cart will cost an additional $75, and some golf holes may have multiple sponsors. Additionally, only two reps are allowed per hole. If you have more than two representatives volunteering at a golf hole, companies must sponsor an additional hole for $400. Additionally, all golf hole sponsors must bring their own materials (including tables, chairs, and tents) and cannot supply food, beverages, or alcohol to golfers per the policies of both WASBO and the Golf Course.
