Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for the academy must be in writing. Cancellations received prior to February 8 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received February 8-14 will receive a refund of their registration fees, minus $95 for the first meeting date, up to $95 per person. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after February 15 or for no shows at the conference. Cancellations can be emailed to [email protected].

Leveraging Technology Academy registrations cancelled at any point during or after the first meeting are non-refundable.

There are not any negotiated conference rates at hotels, however, the following hotels are recommended:
