*Individuals registering at the New Member + Full Conference Rate receive a free trial membership through 6/30/2024 if they have not previously been a member.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received prior to December 1 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received December 1-December 7 will receive a refund of their registration fees, minus $85 per cancelled day, up to $170 for a full conference cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after December 8 or for no shows at the conference. Cancellations can be emailed to [email protected].

 

Hotel Accommodations

A room block has been made at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center at discounted rates starting at $90 per night for the nights of Wednesday, December 7 and Thursday, December 8.  To make your reservation, please do so here prior to Monday, November 7. if WASBO's Room Rate of $90 is not at top please sort Price Low to High to arrive December 7 and depart December 9. Remember to bring your tax-exempt certificate when checking in and please note the new Kalahari Check-In procedures.

The deposit policy for hotel reservations is one night (plus tax) at the time reservations are made. Hotel cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival receive a full refund less $25 processing fee.  Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits the entire deposit.


NEW Kalahari Hotel Check-In

In order to ensure a successful check-in at the Kalahari, there is now a dedicated team that approves completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, and Purchase orders to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations before check-in. All forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advance of your stay to Kalahari at [email protected] or fax them to 608-254-6116. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards; since the Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.
