This course develops core leadership competencies in systems thinking, operational planning, and staff supervision and evaluation. Participants will explore ethical leadership practices and strategies for empowering others through distributed leadership, while also learning how to effectively hold staff accountable to expectations and goals. Emphasis is placed on fostering a supportive culture of professional development and continuous improvement aligned with district priorities.
