School business leaders play an important role in the strategic direction and goals of a district. In this course, learn effective strategic planning strategies that align financial, operational, and educational priorities. Participants will be introduced to planning tools such as SWOT analysis, mission and vision development, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Participants will explore leadership best practices and collaborative approaches to build shared ownership and clarity around district and department goals.
