Topher Adams

Director of Business Services | Grafton School District

Topher has been dedicated to public education since 1999. After earning his teaching license from UW-Milwaukee, he served as a classroom teacher in Milwaukee Public Schools for 13 years, primarily in kindergarten and first grade. During this time, Topher actively engaged with significant educational shifts, including the transition to Common Core, standards-based grading, and new educator effectiveness models. Following two years as the Director of Business Services for the Campbellsport School District, Topher assumed the same role for the Grafton School District in the summer of 2016. His administrative tenure has been both exciting and rewarding, providing extensive opportunities to support teachers, fellow administrators, and community members in their collective efforts to foster productive and engaged students.
