Andy Chromy, SFO, serves as Assistant Superintendent of Business and Operations for Franklin Public Schools, where he leads strategic planning, financial stewardship, facilities management, and operational systems that support high-quality teaching and learning across the district. He oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and sustainable growth, ensuring that organizational priorities align with student success. In addition to his district leadership, he serves as an adjunct professor at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where he shares practical expertise in leadership and operations while mentoring future professionals.
