Special Education Budgeting Academy - Eau Claire
WASBO & WCASS have partnered to bring you the Special Education Budgeting Academy! Join us at strategic points throughout the year to make sure you are making the most of your Special Education budget.
Strengthen the collaboration between your Special Education Director and School Business Official through this year-long academy designed to build effective, sustainable budgeting and staffing models. The academy includes two in-person, hands-on training days and two virtual follow-up sessions spaced throughout the school year. While individual participation is welcome, teams of special education and finance leaders are strongly encouraged to attend together to maximize impact and alignment.
Registration Includes:
- In Person Sessions on October 26, 2026 and January 14, 2027 - these dates include a light breakfast, breaks and lunch for the day for all participants
- Virtual Check Ins from 12-1:30 PM on December 4, 2026 and February 19, 2027
