Chelsea Indra is an experienced CPA specializing in managing school finances, federal and state grants, compliance, and IT infrastructure. She currently serves as the Accounting Manager for the Oconomowoc Area School District. Passionate about building and maintaining systems that yield high student achievement, Chelsea leverages program funds efficiently and effectively. Previously, she spent over six years as the Director of Federal Programs and Compliance at Open Sky Education, where she managed budgets, audits, and IT infrastructure for a growing network of schools. Indra earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and her master’s degree in School Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
