School District Professionals and Service Affiliates will benefit from the knowledge and networking WASBO's Annual FALL Conference and Scholarship Fundraisers offer. The four pillars of the FALL Conference are Facilities, Accounting, Legislation, and Leadership. With tracks for Leadership, Insurance/Human Resources, Best Practices/Money Savings/Innovative Solutions, Professional Development, Facilities Core Certification, Facilities Certification Continuing Education, and New Administrator/Year of Success, as well as inspiring keynotes, you'll find sessions to benefit you and your district today, and help you plan for tomorrow.

This comprehensive conference offers invaluable insights and networking opportunities for school district professionals at all levels. Whether you're a bookkeeper, facilities director, accountant, business manager, or a dedicated service affiliate, this event is designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in your role. There are no exhibits at this event. Service Affiliates/Vendors are welcome to register for the conference as attendees as well as participate in the scholarship golf outing. Start the conference by participating in either a hike or golf outing to raise money for the WASBO Foundation's Student Scholarships Program, and enjoy a nice day outside while networking with your colleagues. Then, spend the next day and a half learning from the wide variety of educational sessions offered. This conference provides many opportunities for learning, networking, sharing, reflecting, and fun.

Conference sponsorship opportunities are available to vendors who provide services or products to school districts. By sponsoring a portion of the Fall Conference, your organization helps keep registration for District Professionals affordable while providing outstanding visibility for your products and services. Golf Hole Sponsorships

Service Affiliates members can sponsor a golf hole at WASBO's Fall Golf Outing for $400 per golf hole (the non-member fee is $550). Register for a hole sponsorship below! The Golf Hole Sponsor Rep Registration and Golf Hole Preference Form will be sent to all sponsors at 8 AM on September 9. Golf holes will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf hole assignments are final and will be sent to sponsors on September 24.

In addition to increased visibility during the Fall Fundraisers and Conference, you can volunteer to run a game at your golf hole or play golf with district professionals! If sponsors choose to sponsor a golf hole and play, they will still need to pay the golf registration fees in addition to the sponsorship fees. Even if you can't attend the conference or fundraiser in person, sponsoring a golf hole is a great way to increase your visibility during the event. Please review the additional rules to maximize funding for student scholarships and ensure a safe and ethical event, and direct any questions to [email protected]:

  • Sponsoring volunteers will cover the cost of a golf cart rental.
  • Some golf holes may have multiple sponsors.
  • Only two reps are allowed per hole. If more than two representatives volunteer at a golf hole, companies must pay to sponsor an additional hole.
  • All golf hole sponsors must bring their own materials (including tables, chairs, and tents) and may not provide food, beverages, or alcohol to golfers, per the policies of both WASBO and the Golf Course.

Deadline for Service Affiliates to sign up for a late sponsorship of the conference at the Platinum-Bronze level.

Golf hole preference and volunteer registration form sent to Spring golf hole sponsors.


September 22, 2026

Deadline for Service Affiliates to sign up for a late golf hole (friend of WASBO-level) sponsorship at the scholarship fundraiser.


September 24, 2026

Attendee list sent to sponsors and exhibitors | All sponsor ads and logos must be submitted | Golf hole assignments released.

Fall Student Scholarship Fundraisers

Golf Outing & Hike • 2026 Fundraisers October 7 • Elkhart Lake

Hit the greens or the trail on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, to support nearly $25,000 in student scholarships awarded by WASBO annually. WASBO's Golf & Hike Scholarship Fundraisers are set for the day before the FALL Conference. Service Affiliates: You can decide to golf or hike along with the option to sponsor a golf hole.

Note: There is no option to register others as part of this registration in order to ensure District Professionals and Service Affiliates adhere to Wisconsin's State Ethics Laws for public employees. If you would like to register multiple attendees from your SAME ORGANIZATION once registration opens, email [email protected] or [email protected].

The Fall 2026 Scholarship Golf Outing will be held rain or shine on October 7, 2026, in Elkhart Lake, WI. Registration is $115 and includes 18 holes of golf, mulligan/putting contest, cart, lunch, beverages, networking and golf prizes.

The Fall 2026 Scholarship Hike will also be on October 7, 2026.
