Jodi Traas

Assistant Vice President of Education & Risk Services | Community Insurance Corporation

Jodi has been with Community Insurance Corporation (CIC) since 1998. Her responsibilities include identifying loss trends and devising solutions to mitigate exposures, thereby ensuring the safety of staff, students, and the public. Jodi served as a Past President for the Wisconsin School Safety Coordinators Association (WSSCA) and is a current Board Advisor. She is an active member of the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials and is Co-Chair of its Safety & Risk Management Committee. Widely respected in the arena of school risk management, she serves as the dedicated consultant for Wisconsin Educators Risk Management Cooperative (WERMC). Jodi is a Safety & Security Assessor with the WSSAT Team. She is a Certified School Risk Manager Instructor, Mentor & Designee, and a Certified Playground Safety Inspector. She has a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety from UW-Whitewater.
