The Midwest Facility Masters Conference is a tremendous opportunity for facility managers, buildings and grounds supervisors, school business managers and district administrators to gain a new perspective on technology, procedures, processes and impacts of the facility and staffing decisions in the their districts. This one and one-half day educational conference features a wide variety of classes targeted specifically for school facility and business professionals as well as an exhibit hall where vendors can showcase their products and services. This event draws attendees from Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

2023-24 Recovery
of the Year Award

The purpose of the Recovery of the Year Award is to recognize a School District, Insurance Company, and Restoration Company that worked in tandem to quickly recover from an incident such as fire, severe weather damage, flood, etc. Nominations must be from the 2023-24 fiscal/academic year and be submitted before September 20, 2024. The winners will be recognized and asked to present at the 2024 Midwest Facility Masters Conference on the recovery.

Midwest Facility Director of the Year Award
The purpose of the Midwest Facility Director of the Year Award is to recognize the outstanding contributions of those who lead their district and community to success. To qualify, the nominee must have been in their position for a minimum of three years. Submit your nominations before September 20, 2024!

Supporting Facilities Cast Member of the Year Award
The purpose of the Supporting Facilities Cast Member of the Year Award is to recognize the outstanding contributions of those who lead behind the scenes and are making a difference to their local school district, community and the profession. To qualify, the nominee must have been in their position for a minimum of three years, and not serve as the director or head of the facilities department. Submit your nominations before September 20, 2024!

Midwest Facility Team of the Year Award
The purpose of the Midwest Facility Team of the Year Award is to recognize the outstanding contributions of the team as a whole who come together to support their students and staff through shared leadership and growth. As a team, they lead behind the scenes and mightily impact the profession by providing a safe and healthy learning environment. Submit your nominations before September 20, 2024!

For District Professionals

Join your peers from around the Midwest at this event featuring one and a half days of educational sessions and educational exhibits. Certification credits that have been offered at previous conferences include: The Facilities Designation Program for Illinois, Wisconsin ASBO Facility Manager Certification, CEUs for Certified Plant Engineer (CPE), CEUs for Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM), and CEUs for Certified Plan Supervisor (CPS).

For Service Affiliates

The exhibit hall is open for the first day of the conference. Each single booth includes two full conference registrations for your representatives. Each booth is 10' wide by 8' deep with pipe and drape. One 8' skirted exhibit table is provided with each booth registration.
