SPONSOR THE CONFERENCE

Solutions Circuit Information

Top Sponsors at the Platinum and Gold Level can participate in the Solutions Circuit! Learn more below:

  • We have designated two large Solutions Circuit areas where our top sponsors will have the opportunity to present up to two 20-minute presentations in the exhibit hall.
  • The Solutions Circuit Spaces will contain a round table with 6-8 chairs, as well as access to power. Up to four sessions will run at once during each of these time slots. For your presentation, we ask that you use your laptop, as these are meant to be more discussion-based interactions in a more intimate setting than a full professional development session.
  • Sponsors are guaranteed at least 1 session, up to 2 max. The two sessions must be different to attract more people. The number of sessions and the session times for each sponsor will be determined by preferences, sponsor level, and session quality.
  • We will have Solutions Circuit Signs hanging from the ceiling to showcase where the Solutions Circuit is!
  • Presenters also will be given fifty red tickets delivered to your booth to be given to attendees who visit your session!
  • Please know that sponsors will NOT have access to the Solutions Circuit space throughout the conference, so they will need to return to your exhibit booth and remove all personal and company items from their assigned area.
  • Each of these Solutions Circuits will be announced over the Kalahari intercom and on the WASBO Go Mobile App.
